I = incomplete (session missing): The school's materials are received; however, all of the sessions are not present.

C = complete: The school's materials are received, and all the sessions are present.

P = problem alert: A session is held due to a "Problem Alert" situation.

M = held for makeup: A booklet with an administration code of "40" (temporary absent) is missing from the shipment. This flag is only used if it is indicated that a makeup session will be conducted.

R = refused (school): A school has refused to administer all the sessions designated for that school.

N = not administered (session): A session is not administered at a school. This is only used for those schools that have multiple sessions scheduled and choose not to do one of them.
