In the 2011 assessment, 585 unique documents were designed. These documents included
- 539 scannable student booklets;
- 36 scannable questionnaires and worksheets; and
- 10 scannable tracking forms.
More than 2.6 million booklets and forms were printed, totaling over 101 million pages.
