In the 2011-12 assessment, 220 unique documents were designed. These documents included
- 193 scannable student booklets,
- 9 scannable questionnaires,
- 11 scannable and nonscannable worksheets and planning pages, and
- 7 scannable tracking forms.
More than 547,000 booklets and forms were printed, totaling over 18.3 million pages.
