			Estimated Counts of New Twelfth-Grade Public Schools, Enrollment, and Percent of Enrollment

For the twelfth-grade public school sample, a new-school sampling frame similar to the 2002 state assessment sampling frame for fourth- and eighth-grade public schools was generated, canvassing from the same sampled districts as were used to generate the fourth- and eighth-grade new-school frames. More details as to the district selection process that generated the new-school frame for the twelfth grade can be found on the page  District Sampling for the New-School Sampling Frame of the 2002 State Assessment. No new schools were canvassed for private schools.
