			School Sampling Frame Stratification of Schools School Sample Selection Substitute Schools Ineligible Schools Student Sampling Response Experience

The school sample was drawn from a sampling frame that only included the sampled long-term trend primary sampling units (PSUs). The measures of size for the schools on this frame included the inverse PSU probability of selection, to account for that stage of sampling. The school sample frame was stratified, and a systematic sample drawn. A sample of students was drawn within each eligible, responding school.
