NAEP Technical DocumentationSchool Response Rates for the 2007 National Private School Assessment

The following tables show school response rates for the mathematics, reading, and writing operational assessment for the private school samples broken out by private school type for each grade. Results are shown before and after substitute schools were recruited for originally sampled nonresponding schools. The weighted response rates are calculated by dividing student enrollment from sampling frame by the school probability of selection. The weighted school response rates estimate the proportion of the student population that is represented by the participating school sample prior to substitution.
