Sc(A) is the set of eligible sampled schools in cell c;
Rc(A) is the set of responding schools in cell c;
ws(r) is the replicate school base weight (see Computing School-Level Replicate Base Weights for details);
SCHSESs(A) is the Session A school weighting adjustment (see School Base Weights for Originally Sampled Schools);
TRIMs is the trimming factor for school s (see Calculating Trimming Factors for New and Private Schools);
xs is the enrollment for school s; and
SUBADJs is the substitute-school adjustment for school s (see School Base Weights for Substitute Schools for details).
