In each final school nonresponse adjustment cell c, the school nonresponse adjustment factor SCH_NRAF_c was computed as follows:

where

• S_c is the set of all eligible sampled schools (participating original and substitute schools, and refusing original schools with nonparticipating or no assigned substitute) in cell c;

• R_c is the set of all participating schools within S_c;

• SCH_BWT_s is the inverse of the school probability of selection;

• SCH_TRIM_s is the school-level weight trimming factor;

• SCHSESWT_s is the school-level session assignment weight; and

•  X_s is the estimated age-specific enrollment corresponding to the original sampled school.
