			Summarizing the Results Verifying Online Completion or Collecting Hardcopy Questionnaires Debriefing the School Coordinators Preparing and Transmitting Completed Assessment Materials and Data

Prior to departing a school on its assessment day, field staff complete these activities:

• determine whether student participation requirements have been met by the school and, if not, schedule make-up sessions;

• verify that all school and teacher questionnaires are completed online or completed and returned if completed in hardcopy;

• debrief the School Coordinator about the assessment experience; and

• prepare and transmit all completed assessment materials and data for processing and scoring.
